Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Omniaxiom services offered by Omnific LLC on omniaxiom.com, omniaxiom.ai, and omniaxiom.io. They cover the public services named in the services covered notice: workstation seats and desks, private-network setup, Omni AI Squad, Portfolio Project Intelligence, House model classes and professional personas, token purchases, and Omni-Encryption. Product-specific order terms and the terms of any third-party providers you choose may also apply. An internal code name or local-dev catalog is not an offer.

AI features and providers

Omniaxiom offers AI software, not a human service. Names such as “Pure Consciousness” and “Pure Awareness,” model classes such as God, and persona ranks such as Sisters or State Leaders describe the product experience. They are not claims that an AI system is a person, is conscious, or holds a professional license. A Legal, Financial, Cyber, or Compliance desk is a work surface, not a licensed professional firm. Depending on the feature and its configuration, processing can occur on a local runtime, on Omniaxiom infrastructure, or through a configured third-party model provider. Hosted requests may transmit prompts, attachments, and other context needed to complete the request.

If you connect your own provider API key, you must be authorized to use it and comply with that provider's API terms, usage policies, and charges. A consumer chat subscription does not itself authorize programmatic API access or sharing a personal account with your customers.

Inputs and outputs

You must have the rights needed to submit your inputs. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other outputs. Check them before using or publishing them; do not rely on them alone for consequential decisions. Outputs are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and follow applicable provider restrictions. Do not use them to infringe rights, create harmful or abusive content, evade safeguards, or make high-stakes decisions without appropriate human review. Do not submit another person's confidential or regulated information unless you have authority to do so and the selected service and agreements permit that processing.

Models, licenses, and attribution

Third-party model names identify their respective providers; they do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement. Open-weight models may have separate license, notice, and attribution requirements, particularly when you distribute models or make a product containing them available. Omnific does not grant rights in third-party model weights, software, or trademarks. Check the model-license guide and the applicable vendor license for the exact model version you use.
