Privacy Notice
Omnific LLC operates omniaxiom.com, omniaxiom.ai, and omniaxiom.io. This notice describes the principal data flows for the public services named in the services covered notice: workstation seats, private-network setup, Omni AI Squad, Portfolio Project Intelligence, House chat and practice surfaces, token purchases, and Omni-Encryption. A selected model provider may have its own terms and privacy notice.
Information processed
Depending on the feature you use, we may process account details (such as name, email, and company), authentication and session data, seat and token purchase records, requests and AI-generated responses, and usage, billing, diagnostic, or security records. Private-network setup and enrolled workstations can also process device and connection metadata needed to connect the machines you enroll. Portfolio and squad features process the repositories, signals, and agent actions you connect. A local runtime or a self-hosted Omni-Encryption Lab can keep pairing and encryption material on infrastructure you operate. Do not put passwords, API keys, or other secrets into an AI prompt.
Local and hosted processing
A local runtime can process some requests on your own device or infrastructure. Signing in, account management, diagnostics, and optional hosted features may still communicate with online services. When a hosted AI provider is configured for a feature, the request and necessary context may pass through Omniaxiom services to that provider. Bring-your-own-key access does not make a hosted provider local.
We use information to provide requested features, maintain accounts, measure usage where applicable, secure the service, and respond to support requests. Hosting and identity services, as well as the configured AI provider, may process the information needed for those functions. Processing locations and any regional options depend on the feature and provider.
Provider training and retention
Data use and retention depend on the provider, model, account type, enabled features, and applicable agreements. Some commercial API offerings exclude model training by default, but that does not establish a blanket no-training promise for every integration, particularly a provider account you bring yourself. We do not represent that every request has zero data retention or that all providers delete it after a fixed number of days.
Retention of information handled by Omniaxiom depends on the purpose for which it is processed, including active accounts, support, security, billing, and legal requirements. Provider-side retention follows the applicable provider terms and feature settings. Contact us for details relevant to your configuration before submitting sensitive or regulated data.
Sensitive data and your choices
Do not send payment card details or regulated health information in prompts unless the selected feature and signed agreements explicitly allow it. If you need a data processing agreement, healthcare addendum, or particular residency or retention controls, confirm availability before enabling the relevant feature. Where available, you can choose a local runtime or a provider account and review that provider's settings and notices.
Privacy requests
See the browser storage notice for cookie and local storage information. Connected developer or network features may also process device and connection metadata needed to provide the requested view or operation.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact chrisdixon@omniaxiom.com. We will handle requests under applicable law and the relevant agreements; information at third-party providers may also be subject to their own processes and retention rules. See the Terms of Use for AI use conditions.
